Directions:
Make a batter out of margarine, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Place on a baking sheet (baking frame or very
high sheet metal is recommended!). Bake in the oven at 180° – 200°C for 15 – 20 minutes.
While the dough is baking in the oven, boil the milk with the cream pudding (add sugar to taste, approx. 6 tbsp). Fold in the sour cream and sweeten again (approx. 2 tbsp). Spread the mixture onto the cake base and bake for a further 10 minutes.
Wash the strawberries, pat dry and place on the slightly cooled cake. Make the icing according to package directions. Sprinkle the cake with some sugar and cover with cake glaze.
Let cool down.
