Preparation:
1. First, beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and margarine until fluffy, stir in the quark.
2. Now mix the flour and baking powder together and fold in.
3. Next, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Now grease a mold and fill the dough into the mold and bake the cake at 180 °C for about 60 minutes…..check the cooking time and again.
4. Let the cake cool down, remove from the mold and sprinkle with icing sugar. Ready to snack!
